El Aljibe Restaurant
The place where in older times the greenhouse was is now there where the Hotel offers their guests a first class culinary offer.
It’s the Restaurant “El ALJIBE” – The Well - located in an annexed building. It’s accessible from the Cafeteria or from the Hotel, either of them. Once there, you’ll discover an enormous well that was found during the restoration works. It’s almost 4 meters deep. Its 30 cubic meters of capacity were used to stock water during the Middle Ages.
The bright and spacious Restaurant offers an assorted menu of typical dishes created by our Chef “Angel Saiz”, all together with an exquisite decoration under a wooden roof.
